Mystic Muse has a better range than a Soultaker and a far better casting speed so she can interrupt a soultaker's spells and kill him before he can get close enough to cast silence/curse of doom/anchor.And even if he does manage to approach the Mystic Muse can easily outrun him because of her better speed.So I vote for Mystic Muse
